Appearance alone does not tell you how an attachment is built. Material grade, plate thickness, reinforcement, hydraulic components and included accessories can all affect the price. Share your application and target price, and we will review suitable options with you.

Tell us what materials your customers handle, how frequently they operate and which machines they use. We recommend models based on those conditions and explain their intended applications and limitations. Structural details and available working videos help you assess suitability before ordering.

We review the machine make and model, mounting dimensions and coupler details. For hydraulic attachments, we also check flow, pressure, hydraulic connections and electrical control requirements where applicable. The agreed mounting and operating specifications are confirmed before production, with drawings submitted for your approval when needed.

Yes. We accept small trial orders and can combine different attachment models in one shipment. Send us your preferred models and quantities, and we will confirm the minimum order requirements and packing options. Any additional costs for custom specifications or small production quantities are clearly stated before you order.

Our quotation specifies the model, configuration, quantity, included accessories, packaging and agreed trade terms. Optional items and exclusions are listed separately, so you can see whether hoses, couplers, mounting brackets or other accessories are included. We can also assist with freight inquiries to help you assess your total purchasing cost.

We use the approved drawings, specifications and component list as the production reference for your order. Production inspections and pre-shipment sampling inspections check conformity with the agreed requirements. Any proposed changes to agreed materials, key components or dimensions require your approval before implementation.

We confirm the shipping condition before you order, including whether each attachment arrives fully assembled or partly disassembled for transport. Any required assembly, connections and setup work are explained in advance. We provide the relevant English instructions, installation videos and parts information so you can plan receiving and preparation work.

Send us the order reference, product identification, a description of the problem and supporting photos or videos. We will assess the issue and coordinate the appropriate solution with you. Before purchase, we agree in writing on warranty coverage, claim procedures and responsibility for parts, freight and local repair costs, so you know how a claim will be handled.

Yes. We provide replacement-parts identification, pricing and lead-time information. We can recommend spare parts to include with your initial shipment and provide specifications for standard components to help you check local sourcing options. Parts availability and delivery times are confirmed when requested.

Yes. We retain the agreed order specifications to support consistent repeat production. Provide your previous order reference, required quantities and target delivery date, and we will confirm the configuration and production schedule. Proposed specification changes require your approval, and we notify you promptly of any issue expected to affect the agreed shipping date.
